Popcorn Party!

I put up plastic drop cloths along four walls of my kitchen to attempt to fix the popcorn texture on the ceiling. Putting up the drop cloths took about an hour and a half. Of course, I was watching Zoolander at the same time. The popcorn isn't turning out to too well, but it was nice to be reminded that there is more to life than being really really, ridiculously good looking.

Red Ball Gives you Swings

Went out golfing for the first time this year! Shout out to James, Nate, and Ty for coming with! This shot here is the only picture I took and as you can see, I got a nice one of Ty's (red) ball coming right off the tee! If I was on my game, I would have said the title of this post right after Ty hit this beauty of a shot: Red Ball Gives you Swings!

I got voicemail. And you can see that it says 10:12 in the corner there. Well, that's central time. Out in Couer d'Alene (hardest city name to spell ever) it was only 8:12. What can I say? Heidi likes her sleep!

I think Eli will warm up to me someday... I did teach Addie and Eli how to roll down a hill today. Unfortunately I did not achieve great success because Eli ended up rolling UP the hill and Addie ate some dirt.

Today I got to think like my Dad. I use my Dad's bike now, and there was a bike lock on there that I wanted to remove, but I didn't know the code. So, I saw that as my opportunity to think like my Dad and after a few tries I was able to channel his logic: 6295.

I took Brice to the airport today. He will be in Uganda for the next 12-18 months. Therefore, he taking approximately 0.36-0.54 pounds of luggage for each day he will spend in Uganda. Assuming he will be eating all of his luggage, that means he can consume approximately 1260 to 1890 calories each day.

These guys helped me put the first coat of mud on my wall in the kitchen! I am so thankful for them... although I was a little mad that they kept discrediting me with malicious and scandalous attacks!
