A coworker in my department won Employee of the Year at our annual recognition event! She works in product filing, not in the kitchen.

Saw the Twins win their last game of the season and avoid loss 100. Also got to take in this beautiful skyline at sunset. This gets me thinking... shouldn't they change the term to OUTing instead of inning?

It seems like many times when I go to the grocery store I am embarrassed at all of the junk food I'm buying. Well tonight was the exception! Fruit, veggies, and bread. And to top it all off, I used a reusable bag! Next stop: tree hugging!

Lord of the Trees

This sort of looks Lord of the Ringsish to me... although I've only seen the first one, and really I've only seen part of the first one, so I can't be too sure. This is actually "Mission Hill" right next to my house. I half expect to see someone staggering in the background, just coming back from a long night.

I caught AP's touchdown as it happened! Unfortunately, the Vikes blew their 17-0 halftime lead to lose the game against the Bucs.I question the fan in front of me's number one finger. But then again, most humans don't have 26 fingers.

Dogfight

Zoe and Shadow (I mean Riley) don't exactly get along. Especially when Zoe has Riley's favorite rag! Don't worry-there will be no Michael Vick repeat--this ended well when Zoe broke out into a rendition of her favorite War song!

Twins Game!

Louis, the Saines, the Millages and I teamed up to cheer on the deteriorating Twins. The only bright spot of this game was the Chipotle we brought inside (and the awesome hot dog guy!)!

I went out to lunch with Kari today, meaning I got to meet her at the WFT (Wells Fargo Tower), not to be confused with WTF (Wakefield Track and Field).

Robo Rally Brings All Peoples Together!

Cara knows Faythe, Scott, Louis, and Kelly, but Faythe only knows Cara. Scott knows Cara, Louis, and Kelly, but Kelly only knows Cara, Scott,  and Kari. Kari only knows Kelly and Natalie, but Natalie only knows Kari. Louis only knows Cara and Scott, and I know everyone but Faythe and Natalie! But now I know them all! Are we sitting optimally?

The Trout crew is back in action and we're loving our Thai food at Nong's! You might think it's weird, but even though we're all guys, we all went for the padded tie! (Although James prefers chicken to beef).

Addie is about to shoot off her (and Uncle Aaron's) bottle rocket! It's a good thing our bottle had two leaders!

A State Fair Montage

This time I went to the real state fair, with a friend named Amber. She got a picture with the mascot!

We searched all around for my Grandma's winning needlework. Found it!

Then we even went down the giant slide!
